Sweet jesus that's one of the most stacked PE tubs I've ever seen
Don't be afraid to let them get big either, they're not going to drop spores and make a mess! Seriously, let them fully mature to get the most out of your efforts. That's a beauty of a tub!
How much spawn for your tub? I'm guessing that's going to be one flush and done..very well done!

Thank you! This is my box with the densest pinset so far. But I also used a lot of substrate. About 10lb of millet and a similar amount of coir. I'm curious how high the yield will be
A second PE tub with the same size looks good, too.
At first I wanted to throw the box away because I mixed in contaminated substrate. One bag had mold in the middle which I only saw while crumbling and mixing the spawn. I tried to remove all visibly moldy spots but some of it was already mixed. That's why I didn't have high hopes for this box.

The vendor labeled the mycelium syringe as PE. A smaller tub I used the same syringe for had the PE phenotype in its first flush but in the second flush there where only normal cube looking fruits..not one PE looking So it seems it's not a good stabilized culture

In all these years of growing .... sometimes 60 tubs at a time .... Nats are the only ones to make me think I was gonna get "Mushroomer's Lung" from harvesting the tubs. Thems are some vigorous spore dumpers for sure.

Noticed I had a few clusters of sporeless fruits while harvesting my golden teachers. You can see what my GTs usually look like on the left side of the first pic.

This is a good development because golden teachers are real spore dumpers and I donβt like it. Iβm guessing the lack of spores is probably a sign Iβve already isolated this culture a little too far, but I cloned the biggest sporeless fruit anyway because I want sporeless golden teachers.
Also hereβs a pic of some mushrooms I drew.

Busting out the agar this morning.

The results of putting 8 month old, cold stored PE Tissue clone LC to grain amd praying while working on new Cultures. Mycelium is handling G2G Transfers well and im not disappointed with the first flush. Conditions are a little on the wet side in this Mono, but another one I just cased is perfect. Should have harvested yesterdaybut no real harm done.

Before misting earlier this morning. Looks like I'll have some nice clusters on there too but god damn is the cold making this shit slow.
You can tell the pins that came in the night because it seems I have enough light to make them dark brown before they even rise up.
