Dude it works perfectly I'm actually kicking myself for not 5hinking of it earlier
Bags just hit 145 and the temp of the pot itself never got above 175. I turned the heat
down a bit and the pot is staying at a perfect 150.
Gonna let it steam for another half hour then shut it off.

Works just like a electric steam pasteurizer but this one is propane powered 
Neither pc builds pressure and as long as the boiler has enough water you're good to go

Nice looking rig. If you insulate the pasteurization vessel your pasteurization target temps will ramp smoother and faster. I use two layers of reflectix for this very purpose. I'd bet you could insulate your steam source to get it to temp faster as well.

TAT tub looks like it will be packed minus that bald spot. This a EZ dial tub but I kept the holes covered until colonized.

Yes, I intentionally let them go to spore. That was just to see if that would help colonize the substrate better. For science!
