2 weeks after inoculation. Everything is looking good. A couple of these jars are over 50% colonized. I keep the house cool to conserve energy 60-72F, so my growth has kind of slowed, but Im not worried in the least bit. Thanks for all the help and advice to everyone Peace

Thank you to RR, 13shrooms, and everyone at AMU, for taking the time to help out people new to mycology, such as myself. Buy RR's let's make mushrooms DVD. Best 45$ I spent so far in this hobby. I only grow edibles! Thanks again everyone for all your wisdom and kindness.

I have some questions....I have a family emergency, and need to fly back east. Yesterday was 21 days since innoc. All jars still growing beautifully, albeit a bit slow due to the cooler temps. All jars are 90-95% colonized. So, that means they will sit for about 3 weeks, before being put into my sgfc. From what I have read, Im not too worried. Any suggestions as to how I should store them. My plan is to put them in a card board box, in a dark room, with temps 60-65. Thanks for any suggestions

Ehh...
3 weeks is a while man. I'd say go for it if you had just inoculated but 95% is far lol. They might start pinning by then and you could come back to a shit storm. Pain in the ass to birth jars when the pins are really big.
That box sounds good, slightly lower would be fine too.

Upon further review....I think everything will work out timing wise for me. After 100% colonization, my jars will end up consolidating for about 2 weeks total while I'm gone. I have read so many different opinions, but believe that all will be fine. I have read that longer consolidation sometime's leads to more potent fruits Will update when possible....Peace

I don't think it will effect potency, But you will most likely come back to invetro pins. which will start growing as soon as you birth, dunk and roll. rather than waiting for pins to show up for days while still having to mist. gooluck

Just for the record.. Next time you pressure cook jars, make 1 out and inoculated it in open air..
I've never used a still air box, I have simple sterilization techniqes and I've had 99 percent success everytime. I inoculated every jar in open air on my kitchen counter.. I don't know why people take the time to make a still air box. But if you think it works, then that's good,
Congradulations though:)
I was so proud my first grow, you'll be feeling that soon now too. Just don't eat em too often or they will lose the magic.

Open-air is definitely possible (I would never take out my big ass SAB for jars) but I wouldn't advocate it . I got flamed pretty hard for doing so.
Good luck OP.
