2nd attempt WBS grow, not looking so good.

Let me start off with some pictures:

This is my second time attempting the WBS tek. I got a tek from a youtube video. For some reason, i keep getting those little bacteria growth along the glass, i do not know how it gets there. For the first two weeks it looks good. Also, i believe the mycelium growth should be already done but now, it's been for over a month plus now.
So I followed this youtube video. Where this guy used WBS. I washed the WBS out thoroughly, took out all of the seeds threw it in a bucket. I filled the bucket up with boiling water and tossed it in with the bucket with the WBS. He let it sit from 90-120 minutes. So i followed with that. After that, I put a fourth of a cup of verm at the bottom of the jar so excess water does not sit at the bottom of the jar and the verm soaks it. I threw the grain on top of that into four sets of quart mason jars with holes at the top covered with tyvek envelope paper, one thing i DID NOT do was use the polyfill stuff, i couldn't fine any around here. Continuing with the step, I put the jars in a pressure cooker at 15PSI for 90 minutes. I let the jars cool down for about 8-12 hours. I then inoculated the jars in my sterile box, where I sprayed my bathroom down with lysol and wiped it down multiple times before proceeding. I sterlized my box cleaned it out and inoculated the jars. After inoculation, I placed them sitting in my cabinet where its fairly dark. The growth within a week or two look very nice and white, but it has slowed down. I shaked up the broke up the mycelium and mixed in the verm at the bottom of the jars more within the grain. Everything seems fine for hte first couple of weeks, and then BOOM. It slows down, some bacteria growth starts to begin. This has been the second this has happened to me, so i am trying to figure why this is. The weather here in December was fairly cold so I am assuming the mycelium slow growth is due to the weather being so cold. But it has been nearly two months and the mycelium does not look fully consolidated. Do any of you guys have any suggestions on a more better grow?
Also on the pictures those little brown spots are some type of bacteria, if anyone is having or HAD the same problem, please feel free voice your input.
Also, if anyone has any suggestions on any WBS tek they recommend please bump on this forum. I've been looking into TL's Simple Wild Bird Seed Tek.

I only use franks however after reading and seeing some results in comparisons im thinking foo's might be the better way. im going to try foo's with the next batch and see what the difference might be. I do know with franks I had some jars a little more wet then others.... we will see. ill post again after I find out the conclusion.
