When misting what temperature should the water be?

all im using when birthing is im going to put them in a fish tank with verm at the bottom, and im going to plastic wrap the top. Only opening the plastic to fan/mist. will this still work?

is Dunking and rolling important? what are the advantages disadvantages? what exactly do i do? dunk it in water, then roll it in steralized verm? thanks alot, everyone here has been a big help.

Use room temperature water.

You'd do better to have perlite on the bottom of the fish tank, then put the cakes on a jar lid(or circle of foil) with some moist vem on
that.

Dunking helps a lot.

verm doesn't work as well, you can get perlite at probably the same place you acquired your verm
