If a trusted identifier could please help me ID these I would be most appreciative.
Habitat: Growing out of cow patties, in the shade of the treeline by a creek in the Samford Valley area.
Gills: Dark grey Stem: Long and thin, bruised blue.
Cap: 5mm to 20mm in diameter, off white-ish, bruising blue when handled.
Spore print color: Currently underway. I'll upload it once done, and/or if required to make a positive ID.
Bruising: Blue, such that it's difficult to report on the original colour of the stem.
Other information: Pictures attached, which I hope will provide a better idea than my amateur descriptions.

I'm thinking Copelandia cyanescens.

No probs, the consensus seems to be pretty good around here, at least for common species, so the more opinions the better

So there's psilocybin-containing mushrooms in copes/pans? Also in VIC? Just that I've seen a few panaeolus around.

I think it's the other way around. I believe all Copelandia species are active, but certainly only a few Panaeolus species are active.

Copelandia is a genus/subgenus that contains the blue-staining (psychoactive) Panaeolus species. There are also many non-psychoactive Panaeolus species.
Copelandia species are generally found in the tropics and sub-tropics, but can very occasionally be found in temperate zones. I wouldn't count on finding any in Victoria.
