One reason I am doing this (besides a desire to give back to the community and to overcome my own predeliction for sarcasm) is because there are so few hands-on PRACTICAL guides to growth. Nothing here will be couched in mysterious double-speak. Most of the time the purpose of the exercises will be obvious.

All things will be given in small easy-to-digest chunks. We will go fast slowly.

The exercises will all be externally simple - no walking on burning coals. However, check out lesson 1 in my next thread and you will see the internal difficulties that one encounters.

Note: (Not to poster!) To any of those that have any emotional residue from past encounters with me please leave it outside the door when coming in.
