 do i use the stems?

if i get some cubes either dry or fresh do i use the stems or is it just the caps? also, what way should i take them? this is my first time, i have heard of putting them in a blender with orange juice or boiling them and drinking the liquid? if boiling is a good idea, how much water/shrooms should i use and how long/at what temperature should i boil them?

Use both stems and caps. You can blend them with orange juice, but be warned that the effects will hit you quicker this way. You can also just eat them. There are many other ways to ingest them, however exposing them to heat will cause some loss in potency, so that's a drawback for tea.

someone told me that they thought if it was blended with o.j it would turn a very dark blue colour and taste disgusting... is this true?

I doubt it. From what I've heard is that the OJ covers up the taste of the shrooms.

no. oj shroomshake is one of the easiest ways to dose.

Don't use the caps. Send those to me. I wouldn't want you getting too stoned. As for me, I just put the dosage in a coffee grinder and fill gel caps. No taste. No loss of potentcey. No problems.....except filling those friggin' gel caps. You can drill holes in a piece of wood and sink the gel caps into it for easy filling, but it takes the fun out of it if you're only filling a dozen or so. However, if you're planning on filling for the masses, make the piece of wood.

It turns more of a black color, and does taste rather nasty (but it's quick). What I do is grind the shrooms up in a coffee grinder, put then in a cup, add a LITTLE OJ, and mix real well. Remember, the less liquid the less you have to drink...it's gonna taste the same.

i chop them up and put it in a shot glass then i take some of western family condenced oj (the one in the frozen can) and make the oj and put a sip of oj in my mouth then take the grounded up booms (hand crumbled) and chew and chew and chew then swallow and rince imediatly with some more oj be shure to get the remnace out of you molars!!!!
or just make pills

up pretty good.

My opinion is if you are gonna make tea, just increase the amount of shrooms. But I never went for tea. And as far as OJ goes, why not make gel caps and swallow them down with OJ? Although eating them fresh is the way to go, I have always eaten them in gel caps and never had a problem. So I guess that is just a matter of personal preference, right?
