Rock on. I wonder if someday history will refer to a "mycological revolution"...We know fungi cultivation has quite a history but when compared to fruit&veggie agriculture there is still so much untapped potential (even with psycho-actives aside). Even if its awhile back, its cool to see the examples of fungus cultivation as even more than a science/art/hobby, but a means to actually support people and the idea of sustainable living- not unlike grassroots gardening.
Shit, this has got a crazy amount of really straight forward information too. Looks like at one part they're just inoculating a ton of flasks...which seemed inconvenient at first but I imagine they have a lower contamination chance at the cost of then having to fish out all the mycelium with a hoop in order to colonize bulk bags. There's also solar pasteurization set up, daaaaayum. Being something formulated by/for undeveloped-country workers, it makes sense that the techniques are kind of the apex of both practicality and mass-production.

This could change the way people all around the world do things when it comes to disabilities very relevant for any mushroom growing.

This should be a must have PDF and this thread should be pinned at the top of this forum.
Reason: Anyone growing magic mushrooms will soon be disabled anyways.
Here's the PDF version:
