Wasn't bad imo, I don't know how I feel about the flute though. It works on some songs and others it doesn't. Maybe invest in a decent synth? I've always loved those in psych bands.
I liked the lullaby song though

Thanks yeah we're trying to record but we're broke right now, when we have the money though we have a lot of material to put out.
Which songs did you feel the flute didn't work so well on? I'm not disagreeing with you just wondering which ones you feel that way about.

I like it. You guys seem to have pretty good vibes/connections with each other and that's really good. Honestly I am envious, I wish I had friends who knew how to play instruments. lol.
1.) I really liked the flute player/vocalist. He's really good at the flute lol honestly. My fiancee plays and this has given me a lot of great ideas of how to incorporate her into the sound I want when I eventually get a group together. But yeah you guys did a good job with the flute inclusion; it didn't sound like a random instrument but more like a secondary vocal almost.
2.) I couldn't hear the guitar part very well, though it looked like he played a lot of chords which would ideally fit right in in this type of music. Maybe have him do some solos or more lead work? The chord progression in Sold My Soul is pretty good!
3.) The drummer is good. I don't know much at all about drums but his style does fit the overall sound.
4.) So the bassist could use some work, at least in my opinion. In all of the songs where he sings he doesn't even play his bass! Bass to me is an essential part of a good rock sound, and I feel like the drummer is kind of on his own without the bass. I think you guys would be a lot better if he learned some bass riffs he can play while singing. And while his vocals aren't bad, they aren't really that good either. Then again, the sound in the video wasn't super clear so maybe they sound better live.
That's my review, just get some good bass riffage in there, maybe add some guitar flair, get some better vocals going. (The flute player was pretty good at singing actually) Honestly though, if you guys keep going all that will probably come with time anyway. Explore your sound!
