Need help finding a heat source for a funnel

I hate to come here to ask but I've been thinking about this for a couple of hours, can't seem to come up with anything, and I know a ton of you guys here are clever as hell. I have a 6 liter separatory funnel (she's a big bitch) and I'm trying to come up with a way to heat it while I have reactants in it, it doesn't need to be too hot just hot enough to speed up the process of emulsion separating. (110-210 degrees) Now the only thing they make specifically for this is a separatory funnel mantle, that's about a grand so nothx, I considered using a heat blanket but I don't think those get too hot. I've heard you can use a heat bath but I don't know of anything big enough I can use for that other than a tub and I'm not sure how I could do that while keeping the funnel still enough to separate. I've also considered heat guns but they don't seem to have a low temp under 400. Any ideas?

Are you just trying to reduce the viscosity of the emulsion so it breaks faster or is the heat solubilizing something? Remember that upon cooling after separation additional phase separation (clouding) may occur.
Are one or both phases flammable?
How stable do you want to manage the temp?

Both, or either or, depending on what I'm doing Yes, though it will be diluted so not worried much about flash point
and the auto ignition temp for anything I'd be heating is way too high
as stable as possible but if it's under 200 I don't care

Lol idk about that, but I think I'll be good, I found some stuff I can add to the solution that will help. Thanks for the idea though!

Maybe wrapping a copper tube around the funnel and running very hot water thru it would work. It would heat the glass of your funnel. Instead of a condenser it would act as a heater.
This image may give you some ideas.

Check this out too.

That's actually really interesting. I'm gonna come back to this when I sober up a little, but this gave me an idea for something.

I have a professional steinel heat gun which can have its temp adjusted, up to 650C down to 50C.
A hair dryer at a distance might do it. There are homebrew "heat belts" which can be wrapped around things, or stuck on with tape. They are usually not temp regulated, but just give out say 100W of heat. I used to connect mine to a light dimmer switch to adjust the power.
