I have proof from the people who have degrees. What about you? Anecdotal evidence at best.

if you're going by your bachelor degree college chemistry teachers definition of sterile then none of what we do is ever sterile. We do sterilize and we can sterilize at 0psi. all of the organisms that can survive our sterilization procedures can be killed at 15PSI for 24 hours. Everything we do is less than that even. 0 can be used for 8 or so hours 15psi for in the range of 60-120m. this kills any spoilage organisms that would interfere with the normal colonization mycelium over the whole substrate.

RR is responsible for some of the best edible cultures in the world, what have you done...

Provided helpful links. Explained things that others obviously can't comprehend. And I didn't post stupid bullshit like this.

Things started out like every noob. Wanting the easy way out. Three in-vitro bags were purchased and noc'd. Only one bag had sporulation occur and began to pin well before 100% colonization. This bag produced what was nearly between 40-50g wet on the first flush according to a very crappy analog kitchen scale. These first few had dropped their spores so harvesting happened. The bag was cut one inch above the substrate layer and still before 100% colonization. The scissors were rubbed with alcohol but nothing extremely sterile happened during this procedure. The bag was placed in an opaque blue tub with an inch of soaked perlite and then probably checked once every two days fanned once and sprayed with 3% h2o2 only. This bag managed to flush 4 more times yielding a healthy amount.

The other two bags by this time had no growth still and were cut at the top. A chunk of the first bag was placed into both of the other two and nearly 2 weeks later they were almost 100% colonized with lots of pins in the bag which was quite dry by now. These were both placed in that same opaque, not much light, no FAE worst possible scenario fruiting chamber and are both doing very well and are on tertiary flushes.

By this time PF cakes were made and are now 100% colonized and going about consolidation. A real fruiting chamber will be the home for these cakes. With that in mind should the expectation be a holy shit moment in comparison the the performance of in-vitro bags.

I really think it's impossible to get contamination considering I opened these bags on a carpet and took no care with sanitation after I gave up on them, but they still managed to perform excellent. And after all that the horrible fruiting chamber still worked well.

Also, I sprayed the crap out of pins with h2o2. The bags were saturated with no where to run off either so it was pooling in the bottom of the bags. This was straight 3% h2o2 too and it never hurt the pins.

http://nchfp.uga.edu/how/can_01/sterile_jars.html
Apparently, the USDA says you "sterilize" your empty canning jars by boiling them for 10 minutes at sea level.

I guess your whole argument that temps above 212°f / 100°c are needed is null and void.

USDA, a confirmed non drug user resource.

Cant even do math...I'm sure you don't even make 240,000 pennies in a year. That's actually $2400, genius.
