Hey guys I just harvested 2 cakes on there first flush. The one I did the day previous and I left the aborts on and dunked, 24 hrs later put into fc. Today I had a cake dunked which I removed all aborts cause I was told to and pulled out and im already starting to get pins, but on the one I never pulled aborts it seems like the aborts are growing lol, so what should I do. Thank you very much - Kushroom
@Note: Seems like one of the aborts may be turning to a golden top color so idk still any help would be appreciated thanks.

I believe you pick the aborts prior to dunking. No sense in keeping them on

To clarify, little dormant pins aren't aborts. Don't pick them.
If a pin is growing and suddenly stops and the cap turns black it's an abort.
And I should stress the point of turning black. Some pins simply have very dark caps when they first form and get lighter as they grows.
