Fuck sports. I would rather play something like pickleball or pingpong over watch football. Which is really soccer anyways. Soccer I could maybe watch, but meh. One day maybe there will be a crazy enough sport I will be into watching.

sports are seriously irrelevant to anything else in life, other than to itself. it is one of the most base things in existence.
with that in mind, though, i love Basketball, Boxing, UFC, Hockey, Soccer, and Football; and Snowboarding is some cool shit too.

Actually no I don't like the Beatles much. There are a couple songs I like but I prefer covers of them. Way to be judgemental and wrong. Just What I would expect from a sports fan named "Bill o Riley"

I played soccer for 8 years; but always hated watching it. Basketball for 5 years, and was my favorite sport to watch; but been out of the loop for awhile. Never got into watching football; loved playing it. Getting back to watching UFC and supercross/motocross

If someone wants to suffer multiple concussions throughout their career in the name of competitive entertainment that is A-OK with me. I'll admit I'm a little wary of people pushing their children into that, but its not something I'd be able to stop if I wanted to so I just let it be.
What annoys me is when people start talking to me about sports, I make it clear that I am not a fan, and they either want nothing to do with me, or even worse will continue to tell me about their athlete crushes anyway. Its like they are somehow blind to the blatant homo-eroticism of it all, and they can't bring themselves to actually put their mind to work in a way that isn't obsessing over the physique of their male icons.

Football's nice and all but I'm from Missouri and our football teams sucks so growing up everyone worships the good ol cardinals

good analogy, but i think he's just saying that people who generally talk to him about sports, ignore or are just flat out disgusted by him when he tells them he's not into sports. that's not contributing a verse, that's denying one.

Football is my least favorite sport. i just i like the chess like element to it. runners are the shit. QB's have to squat near another man's dangly's to hike the ball, but other than that, the notion of breaking the scrimmage and just flying down the field, and the planning required, is ... innovative. but aside from that, Football is as derivative as Baseball.
