What Am I Not Doing Right Here..? (Cakes not fruiting)

I'm not sure exactly If I'm just not being patient enough, or if there is something I'm not doing right or simply something I'm not doing.
My internal chamber temp. has been a solid 80 degrees the past week that they've been attempting to fruit, and I've been misting/fanning I would guess more than enough(easily 5-6 times a day). Is it possible to mist/fan too much? Can having light on them for too long stunt their growing process? Is 80 degrees reaching a bit too warm for optimal growth?
BTW - Sorry for the terrible picture quality. I don't have my good camera, so my trusty $30 trac phone camera had to do for now . Hopefully it's good enough for any experts here to see if things look alright.
I also want to note that the little fuzzy mushroom on the top of the far left cake had turned a bit dark on its head from last night - almost black..Which is my main cause of concern as to if I'm doing something wrong here.

I think 80 might be a tad warm I could be wrong though. I think you may just have to wait it out bud. The pics aren't great but it doesn't appear anything is wrong. I see one pinning, I'm assuming it was MS inoculation so they'll all be different... give er another few days. Also did you dunk and roll? I can't see any verm on the outsides?.

The cakes on the far right all seem to be a bit darker in overall color than the rest of the cakes. I did have a giant couple mushrooms grow very quickly off the far left cake in the first few days also(oddly). But many of the cakes are yet to show any signs of growth.
and no I did not dunk and roll..possibly something I should have done. Is it too late to do so on some of the cakes if they haven't started growing any mushrooms yet?

Dunk in roll in my opinion is a complete must do! I'm no professional but if those were mine I'd be throwing em in a bucket of cold water for 24hrs and rolling em then putting em back. You'll get A LOT better flushes with the dunk and roll method! Maybe someone else will chime in and tell you whether or not it's a good idea to do it this late. I personally would for sure though.

Photos are too dark to tell what's going on in there, but you need to dunk 24 hours and roll in vermiculite.
Check my signature on pf tek troubleshooting too.

I'm using a double-tub with aq. heater surrounding the inner-chamber. it does have one hole for an air pump, which I'm assuming is just for post-inoculation? I have been giving it plenty of fresh air, although I'm starting to notice a blue hue on many of the cakes. Is this a sign of infection, or possible bruising as goes for the mushrooms growing themselves?

Air pumps wont do ya any justice, ya reallly want constant /passive fae which is why we suggest a sgfc style witb ho,e everywere to maximize fae

I've not been using the air pumps since birthing the cakes. I've had the lid of the tub slid off to the side and had been told i only need to mist until glistened, then fan for 20 seconds..then to repeat this process whenever I notice the cakes becoming unglistened.

When you dunk your cakes, do you want to do it for 24hr minimum? Any links for a good dunk & roll method?

Okay thanks for all the tips and advice. Guardian, definitely going to use your guide next time around -- very thorough and detailed
One last question I need answered, is if the blue hue on some of the cakes is contamination or if it is just from oxidation?

It's from stress on the cake, whether it's drying out, or not getting enough FAE. 80* is too warm- room temp is fine. If you're comfortable, so are your cakes.
