Yup that's bacteria,
It's 100% your spawn. How are you prepping your coir? How are you prepping your grains?

Damion5050 tek for coir and soak wbs for 12 hours or so heat it up once it's at a roaring boil I turn it off then dry till the point where I put some wbs on a paper towel there is no wet marks. Never had any problems before and I made sure my wbs smelt nice and shroomey before spawning. And I inoculate with agar in my sab

I think that's Frank-tek.

Do you have a lot of exploded grains? That will invite bacteria

yea rinse before. you want to get rid of all the dirt/debris before the soak. Do it until the run off water is clear.
I find a 24 soak works best for the wbs i use.
I know coir is pretty resistant to mold but i'm not sure about bacteria.

Nah, it's just mold resistant but there's nothing it can do if you spawned it with mold and/or bacteria and the way it's coming it it was definitely introduced at spawn.

Horticultural grade coir sometimes has trich added to it. It's good for the root system. Prolly not the same trich we grow lol. It's a mycorrhizal.

When you rinse/soak... get rid of the floaters. I'm also a bit picky and i remove all corn and sunflower seeds.
By your jar pictures... your wbs looks like it's mostly one grain. This is better imo... one grain = same soak time hydration as apposed to 2-3 grain wbs where each grain will hydrate and sterilize differently.
How long do you pc your grains?
