For all we know, the extremely rich and poor agreed to switch situations in a next life so that the poor of today will be rich in the next life and the rich of today will be poor then. .and so on. A nonstop cycle of taking turns.
And ya evileye i am agnostic

if god were proven real or if there was even any actual proof of god then I'd love to meet him so I can call him a son of a bitch, a mother fucker of a sadistic, evil bastard... what kind of god allows little children to suffer like he does, why the fuck would I worship such a cruel god especially when the original and only infraction that caused it was 2 people 500+ generations back and yet his son was sent here to forgive us of all our sins, but not those two, we all must suffer because of them.
what kind of shit ball is he really?
Actually, the human race as a whole is responsible.
its funny how atheists blame God for the negative things but give credit to humans for all the good things
in the words of XLCaps "take responsibility"
Mysticism. Ahhh

But if you are a true believer in God then you accept you are perfect. If you are perfect you are not flawed. Without flaws you cannot error. Free will is a lie, a construct based on continuity. Surely.
You can do it, Harry!

your response didn't make sense so I didn't respond
just because you believe in God doesn't mean you think you are perfect.
I don't know how you made that connection..

Can God die? We are made in his image, correct? God made us as we are, correct? Why would he make us who he intended us to be if it was imperfect? Why waste the time? That's like spending a whole bunch of money building a house then when you get to the deck you just throw a bunch of 2x4s on the ground like a jackass and say you're done.

I'm telling you, free will makes no sense under the God paradigm.
Why would you build something that has the potential to fail?
How do you remedy that?
Cyclical time.

for all we know, everything could have been perfect hundreds of thousands of years ago.
Without pain, we wouldn't appreciate happiness.
without mistakes, we wouldn't be able to learn and grow.
without the potential to fail, there would be no potential to succeed

we are not perfect, so why should we expect God to make everything in our lives perfect?
who said we even deserve existing to begin with?
if you had the opportunity/choice to exist but experience pain and sadness OR not to exist at all...I guarantee you would choose to exist.
why do you think cancer patients fight to the death? because they appreciate life even though there is so much bullshit that comes along with it

What a petty question.
First of all "evil" is a human concept.
Did you ever consider that things happen for reasons beyond your miniscule little existence? Or do you believe you are the center of the universe?

So your "God" has a plan for all the people that starved and or died due to warfare? I get it your God likes evil and does nothing to stop it. He favors evil.

Why do you think god is required ro prevent all evil? Again, evil is a concept and a petty human perspective, you seem tohave trouble copeehending this. He giveth and hebtakes away. It is all part ofbthe balance of nature. Why arw you so caught up about suffering? Yes god requirea auffering and destruction, the universe does not revolve around you nor is god required to peesonally cater to all that ails you.
