I found three different mushrooms today, that I need Id'd please, Iwill try and get some pics in there natural habitat tomorrow, when its light ok all these were found iright outside os St.Lois, MO in a suburban neighborhood
1., I found growing UNDER a stump, but out of the stump, with no light being able to touch it, at ALL!
cap- pure white, 1/2 inch across
gills- coming right up to but not touching the stem, had like a circle of where they met, before ending right before stem
stem- hollow, about 3 inches long, and fibrous when ripped in 2, hollow
spore print, typing paper white

2.
I found out in middle of yard, with full sunshine, next to a burnt piece of wood, but I think it was growing out of the ground, sorry on that
gills, kind of tight, and same as above coming up to stem but stopping in like a circle right at its base
stem, about 1.5 inches long brown fibrous and hollow,
brown spore print
cap, chocalate brown, lie the gills, but gills seem to be a little darker, about 1/2 inch

3. This one was found on a log, amongst many, in a shaded area for a lot of the day stem- none to speak of
gills, orange, pretty deep looking, close together, all coming down to a somewhat centered small stem
stem, very small, if there was actually a stem
spore print, orange
cap, around 3 inches in diameter, kind of club shaped, off white, with an orange outer edge
