Issues with my jars help......

just to aware some of you this is my very first time doing it
I did a PF tek 24 jars in total its been 4-5 weeks since inoculation (GT & B+) right now some are really slow at 50% colonization otheres are at 100% and im going to do those fully colonized ones tomorrow some are only at 25% colonization (really slow)
so basically I have 24 jars but only 8 of them are fully colonized the others are 25-50% only.
I couldnt see any bacteria on any of my jars especially the ones that are at 100% colonization. (GOOD)
however 2 of my jars (one tall and one short) started pinning already ( i was going to wait a week before caking them out once they reach 100%) but they started to pin soon as the whole jar was colonized not leaving me any time (the tall jar wasnt even at 100% yet more like 90%)
so i just took those 2 jars that are pinning out of the glass even tho inside the jars i couldnt see anything BAD but once i took them out.. one of the jars I see the pins on are not greenish/grey
I could of swore I didnt see any green or any discolouring prior to caking
:/
what do I do ? why did this happen should I throw it away now?
also I opened the jar (not knowing the pins had green stuff) and touched it and stuff what do I do now? is this dangerous what I did ?

Its hard to tell without a picture, it could just be bruising, or it could be mold

ok guys maybe this isnt bacteria
it was a pain in the ASS to remove the cakes from the jars (wide mouth) i believe the mushrooms that pinned created sort of ''traction'' and therefor it was grinding against the glass when removing and bruised the mycelium/mushrooms and thats why they look greenish
because i would of noticed that there were green coloured spots before i removed them then i realized that the big mushroom that pinned out of one of the jars looks just like the other ones and I know for sure it wasnt that colour before i tried to remove them from the jars
here are pics

I got scared because it does kinda look greenish
by the way why the hell did it start pin right at the lip as seen in this pic

this cake just hit 100% colonazation the other day and it started to pin right away
