will my jar grow at 62 degrees?

hi! newbie here. i inoculated 20 jars last sunday (12/14/14), following this instruction guide (http://www.erowid.org/plants/mushrooms/mushrooms_mmgg.shtml) precisely.
i then left school for winter break, leaving 19 of the jars in a dark closet in my apartment at 75 degrees. i brought 1 jar with me back home because i was curious to see if it grew at all, so i wouldn't have a total surprise waiting for me when i get back to school on january 4th (21 days after inoculation).
this one jar has been sitting in a dark drawer in my room for the past 6 days; however, my parents keep the house at 62 degrees. i have no control over that and no way to keep the jar warmer. i have not seen any colonization in it. would you be concerned about it yet, or do you assume that the cold temperature is slowing the growth? would you expect any growth at all over the next two weeks at 62 degrees?
thanks for any help you have!

you're good at 62, not the best but they will grow (slowly)
-------------------- But if you're in a hurry, and really got to go If you're in a hurry, might have to find out slow That it's one thing to try and another to fly You get there quicker just a step at a time It's one thing to bark, another to bite The show ain't over till you pack up at night

so at what point do you think i should be concerned that i messed something up in the process, as opposed to thinking it's just going slowly because of the temperature?

At 65f I usually see growth in 9 or 10 days. If I haven't seen growth in over two weeks I dump the jar and try again, but some might say to wait longer.
