Dear Shroomery, I'm unsure if this is the right place to post this, however: Please allow me to explain a few things that are currently underway. I understand that many of you are upset at the present moment due to the unexpected shipping delays. Please accept my deepest apologies, and I appreciate everyone's patience and understand your frustration. We have had several setbacks which has caused the delay, the biggest being one of our full time employees was seriously injured and unable to work. That has slowed us down greatly, as they are a valued employee and shouldered much of the work. We hope for their speedy recovery, and in the meanwhile the rest of us are presently working hard to catch back up, and hope to have the majority of the late orders out during this week. There's a lot going on right now here with us. Many new changes and updates, all in effort to streamline our ordering system, improve shipping times, and produce new products. We also have many new pictures for some of our "picture-less" strains, and will post them soon, as well as new info and TEKs. We are trying to balance out the work properly and make swift progress. We are starting this week to implement an Inventory System. We were unable to use this before, which has caused some delay(s) in the past due to running short of our popular strains due to supply and demand. With this new Inventory System, you can be assured that by placing your order for a certain strain, that it is indeed available. The site will automatically keep count, and when a certain item/strain is out you simply will not be able to order it. We will see that we are out of inventory, and prepare more stock as soon as possible, but in the meanwhile you are not waiting for something that is not in stock. This should greatly improve shipping times and we hope that this will correct once and for all the problem.
I would like to once again apologize for the inconvenience and order delays, and thank you all once again for your patience and time. Thank you for hearing me out. I hope to bring a speedy resolution and dramatically change our shipping times ASAP. MM Customer Service Earth's Tongue

Just incase anyone wanted an update on this subject, i've still not received my spores or other materials for my study that I placed on October 19, in fact they've not even been sent out, however, they do have my money. They were to be sent out at the beginning of last week as per an e-mail I received from him. I've since visited a sponsor of the forums for the same materials needed for my mycroscopy project, placed the order monday and I except to see them in less than one week I was very pleased. Thanks to everyone for the reccomendations -matt
