No pins?

Hey, guys. So, listen. I know that y'all hate growboxes and that you think that it's not really growing, but since I'm a first time "grower", I thought that it would be the best way to go.
I ordered the moby dick growbox and when I got it, I dipped it for 12 hours, like you're supposed to do. I made sure that they're hydrated and moist as well. But now I've had them for two and a half weeks and all that's growing are those weird bubbles of mycelium. No sign of pins anywhere. Here's a pic:

They don't look contaminated or anything, but they just stopped getting bigger at some point and now they don't do anything anymore.
Am I doing something wrong or am I just too inpatient? Some guidance would be much appreciated.

Yes, they're definitely moist enough.
So you think I should just keep waiting?
(thanks for not giving me shit for it being a growbox, btw.)

KITS SUCK!!
But no really, kits are hit or miss. Just give it more time I suppose. Are you following all the instructions?
3. growth Wash your hands, remove the lid and place the box inside the grow bag. Fold the top of the bag and attach the paper clips to keep it closed. Do not throw the lid away, clean it and store it. You will need it again later on. Put the grow kit in a warm spot (20-25°C) in the light, but not in the sun or above a radiator. Temperatures of around 25°C will allow for faster growth of the mushrooms. Leave the bag closed and the first mushrooms will appear in 14 days. These will mature in about 7 days

It's hard to tell from the pic,but it looks to me like the vermiculite is dry. A key to any grow is balancing the right amount of moisture, RH, and FAE. It's one reason kits suck because there are so many that it's hard to know exactly what you have and/or how it's intended to work.

and the instructions tells you to put your cake/tray in a choke bag and close it up
open the bag, maybe even cut some slits in it, or even better build a SGFC! mist and fan the bag every day.

Good point I failed to actually read the instructions.
Make a SGFC like space said.
