Operation Wallet Cleanout 2014 3

A few years ago around christmas time I got robbed. Stupid incident, not much to say about it. The guy produced a knife and said "gimme your wallet!", me I got the wallet and said semi retarded: "my shit's in my wallet!" "Then gimme your money!" so I gave the kid the bills and he ran off.
Ever since, two things happened:
1) I now carry a spare wallet for the purpose of handing over to robbers and to pay for stuff in situations I consider shifty.
2) Every year at christmas time, if I havent been robbed that year, I completely clean out my wallet to an unsuspecting homeless person asking for a coin.
That happened just now. It was a guy, I think from central europe or poland, about 20 or so trying to sell homeless magazines to passers by.
I didnt buy a magazine but cleaned out on him instead.
exactly €44,22 it turned out ($55) he mustve loved those 22 cents
He was amazed and very grateful so I wished him a merry christmas and got away with him shouting thanks after me
Look I don't want a pat on the back, I got my Higher Self for that, what I'm hoping for is that at least one of you gets inspired to do the same thing.
You can plan this so its not a moronic amount of money, just, a lot by homeless standards.
No facebook selfies allowed but DO TELL US if you plan to & when you did this!

Cool,
That reminds me to bring my fake wallet with me if I move to spain, everytime some dickhead trys to mug me, none have been successful yet, I just duck into a shop or give them the fake and get into a bar or whatever a bit quick.
Someone pickpocketed my beanie hat lol but I caught him and he bailed.
I gave a young homeless womanl a loadda dough a few months back but I think TBH I was more motivated by my phallus I'm honestl;y to broke to donate any more this year :p Good on you though!

Is it messed up to think that if someone tried to rob me and I was carrying a lethal weapon I would probably use it on them?
Like if some low-life skunkbag came up to me and started hitting me an shit and was like where's ur money, and I had a pocketknife or something, I'd probably get em good.

My mom's neighbor when she was growing up used to have a purse that she would use as a poop receptacle when she would walk her dog. Dude mugged her & stole the shit filled purse.

I actually lost my wallet like over a month ago. Was on my way to a meeting and it fell out of my pocket. My whole life was in there. Insurance card, Social Security, Cash, Driver's license, Certifications from College, credit cards. I mean everything man. Plus the wallet cost me a 100. Some homeless person probably picked it up and stole my identity. Scary stuff indeed.

I gave a ton to The Salvation Army as they do the most good. I also give to Wounded Warriors Project and St. Jude's Hospital for Children. I haven't tithed a homeless person in a long time. Maybe a month or so.

i only give out money to people who come up to me with a legitimate reason. there was a family with a sign, kids and all, and i gave them 20 bucks. they were trying to feed and gtfo town or something, cant remember.
if you give money to someone just looking to score, you aren't enriching their lives, you are positively reinforcing their decision to be on the streets. i know not all of them are there by choice, and there are some sad stories out there, but a lot of them are lonely addicts with no way out of the addiction. fuck, i dunno, but giving them money that they're just going to use to further self-destruct is not helping them.

That's awesome! Not you getting robbed part, the giving part.
I've always wanted to do something like that but I never have any money, my wallet is always empty. If I find something to give, I'll totally do it.
Maybe I can give random homeless people blankets or something. But that might be patronizing.

Dude fight for your possessions, fuck handing anything over without a fight.
I carry some brass knuckles just for these types of situations.

i gave a homeless man my box of untouched popcorn chicken, he looked at it and said thanks. then proceeded to ask me if i had any money. giving out blankets/pillows sounds like a grand idea
in my area you can get fined for feeding the homeless. ain't that a bitch!?

If your opponent has a knife, any action on your part not involving a Glock ends up with you getting stabbed several times.
I'm poor, but fuck money if it means not getting stabbed. I have a second wallet to hand over.
Brass knuckles are a really bad idea. unless you are in a fist fight, then its a pussy move.

Sheekle, kick them in the knee. You need to be a good martial artist to defend against that and any substantial kick to the knee gimps them from coming after you. Your weapon is right on your feet, your shoes. Only trained fighters expect that move.

The better question is who doesn't use a purse as a poop holder? I don't even have a dog.

I've had a dude ask me for money while I was in the mcdonalds drive thru. When I said no he said "alright f**k you then" and reached in and grabbed my wallet from the center console. Luckily I reacted quick enough to roll up my power windows and he had to let go of the wallet to get his hand out in time. This was in broad daylight in a good neighborhood with several cars in front of me and behind me.
