Habitat:
NorCal, on the bottom of a tree(small oak)

Gills:
Rusty orange
Stem:
Big, broad, orange water (probably from spores) no annulus visible but maybe washed away
Cap:
app- 5-10 cm, orange, waterlogged

Spore print color:
printing now, i expect rusty orange sporeprint
Bruising:
orange/no real bruising

Other information:
maybe a bit waterlogged i expect a gymnopilus specimen but i need your opinion/help

I think they might be an Omphalotus species.
