Is it really important to have a clean room... if you're using a glovebox or still air box?

I mean, do I need to have the room I'll be working in be spic-n-span? Bleach the walls and whatnot? Or just regularly clean and draft free?
Thanks. Sorry if this has been covered before. Did a search:

Sorry, no results were found. Please verify that your query is correct, then try more general search terms.

For glove box work, yes. For a still air box, or SAB, the principles involved are different, and all you need is a draft free space, and good technique.
Change your search query to SAB instead of glove box and you'll get what you need to know.

Glove boxes(with attached gloves) usually end up behaving like a lung when you move around, sucking outside air into the box. I suggest against glove boxes in general, still air boxes are superior. I do suggest wearing tyvek sleeves while doing SAB work though, or nitrile/latex gloves. Gloves definitely, but sleeves are optional.

Jeez, I'm such a newb. What's the difference between a glovebox and a still air box, again? Is it this?

"The difference between a SAB and glovebox is, you don't attach gloves to a SAB, you simply wear the gloves."
Thanks for all the advice. If the above quote is true, I've been using a still air box.

A glovebox is a plastic bag with attached gloves you blow up and clean the air inside no?
A Still air box is simply a plastic tote with 2 hand sized holes drilled in the side. Some people attach gloves and all kinds of wierd things to them.
I just got 2 holes and the lid, the holes i cut out from it i've taped over the hand entrances to try and keep most air out when not using it. i like to keep my few agar plates and lc in there, then i just flip them over when i need to use it, and the tape keeps the flaps firm against the plastic
no serious contams this way so far. i try to keep it as simple as i feel possible
