Macros for keeping or gaining muscle
    #20976509 - 12/14/14 06:19 PM (9 years, 1 month ago)

Where do you all keep your macros (carbs/protein/fats)? What is your body type?

I'm an endomorph and I keep my macros at: 40%/30%/30%

I'm curious if any of you track your macros. On mine, I can smidge up the proteins and fats and be fine, but if I increase my carb % at all, I gain fat. I guess that's the life of an endomorph.

I used to be an ectomorph but my body is gradually heading towards a mesomorph figure.

I just eat whatever. Twice a day. Maybe have like sirlion tips at IHOP with 4 eggs, hash browns and the swedish crepes. Think I'm going to go have that right now actually.

Later.

To be honest, I believe these categories to be extremely fluid. You can go from one end of the spectrum to another but you have to condition the fuck out of your mind/body into the other dividend.

Discuss.

Oh...so it's like a dude thing....

Seems like there are way more variables in body type. I guess my guy is an ectomorph. His shoulders are pretty broad though, and become moreso when he works out.
