Is this mycellium, or am I cultivating contams?

Background info: I'm actually an expat living in Ecuador, where the Cubensis Ecuatoriana grows wild (and where as far as I can tell, shrooms aren't criminalized). Over a year ago some friends and I found some mushrooms growing in a field. I noticed one still had its veil attached and put it in a little baggie (that had previously contained plant material, in case that's relevant). At the time (I'd not yet visited the shroomery) I thought all the spores came out at once after the veil broke, like spooge at the point of orgasm. Any how, I kept it in the bag till after the veil had broken off and the gills were exposed, then ate it and left the bag in the fridge, and maybe even the freezer for a bit, I can't remember, I moved house during this period and things got moved around. During this time, as finding more wild mushrooms proved time consuming and often unrewarding, I started looking up cultivation techniques and bought a pressure cooker, some jars and a bunch of corn. I also had some rice husks and sterile dirt around, and added a pinch of each of those, I thought the dirt would be a good Idea as I figured at the microscopic level it would be the texture the mycellium was expecting. I was planning to buy some more wet shrooms of this guy I knew who had supplied me before (shitty deals - really only worth it to get a hold of the fungus flesh). Then I remembered that baggie. I sterilized four jars of substrate and filled the baggie with distilled water (the kind that comes in two liter bottles that mechanics use). It immediately started leaking so I put it inside a glass (that I'd cleaned normally and put in the cupboard but not pressure cooked or sterilized in any way). When the four jars had cooled I opened them up and poured the water in - no glovebox or anything. I was just hoping to get lucky. I think I may have. of the four jars, two seem to have developed what could be mycellium cultures. Some contam seems to have made it in too, but the mycellium seems to be winning. In another nothing happened, in another contam took over. Any how, the dirt was a bad idea as it has made it harder to see through the glass, and also mixed with the white mycellium in places making the color an ugly grey. All this made it hard to get good photos, so I held my breath and took the lid jars off (there were never any filters or anything). Here's the two shots I got. Am I cultivating contam here or do I have the start of something? I'm thinking about casing one of the jars, maybe outside, and seeing if some shrooms grow, (from which I could take a spore print and start the process again for real, maintaining sterile technique). However I'm also worried as I know bad fungus or mold can be dangerous and my wife is currently pregnant. Last thing I want to do is expose her to any danger. Anyhow, here are the photos:

That looks pretty nasty all around. Nothing you want to continue to invest time into.
Sorry to say, but you need to bury that shit and start over.

Are you guys saying there's no mycellium in there at all? (are you sure?) or that there's contams too.
What if I just emptied them into some cow poo in the yard and hoped to get at least one shroom out of that to take a spore print from.
I've no other living cultures and don't really wanna go on another epic hunt, or try ordering from overseas.
Importing shit here is a pain in the ass.

First of all, thanks for all your input. I should've said that in my first reply.
second and third:
These don't smell too bad, And here's my plan:
1) put on a mask
2) take these things, a bucket of poo, two large pieces of cardboard down to the bottom of the garden (it's a big garden) and I can tell the missus to steer clear of the danger zone.

3) Put the first piece of cardboard down to act as a barrier to whatever is in the dirt. put the cow poo down on top of the carboard. Disperse these fuckers into said poo.
3) put the second piece of cardboard (or a bunch of woodchips, or both maybe) on top.
4) cover it with perlite (or an alternative that I can buy here, I might be starting another thread on that soon the way things are going) and/or a plastic drop sheet.
5) Take the top bits off during a patch of rainy weather.
Just crazy enough to work?

No man, that won't work. There's mold in there, even if there was a bit of myc it won't be able to recover.
Read this http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/19792837/fpart/1/vc/1
then order a print or a syringe from one of our sponsors, and start again.

I've emptied the jars (at the bottom of the garden - I am totally checking down there later)
I could see big chunks of areas that were all white and nothing else, and looked to my eyes just like proper mycellium! and other bits that were green and yellow and gross.
Any how I still don't think I'll hold off on ordering a syringe. They grow round here (I've just moved right into the area they're meant to abound).
I'm totally into the idea of capturing something, as my name suggests, from the wild, then cultivating that. Will let ya'll know how it goes.
Peace.
