Time to harvest ?
    #20958541 - 12/10/14 05:28 PM (9 years, 5 months ago)

Hello everyone,

It's my first grow using a basic colombians kit bought trough an internet growshop !
Everything was going fine but I'm starting to get the newbie stress !
I read a lot of posts here but I'm having trouble to say if the cap is opening or not because most of the shrooms are very small and it's like they have dried without finishing their growth ...

The first shrooms started to appear 10 days ago and now the growth seem to have slowed almost to zero and some mushrooms are starting to rot on the inside of the box ...
I'm opening the bag once or twice daily to ventilate everything...

Here are some pics of the situation on the ground :

Here a (bad) picture of what's happening on the sides :

So my questions are :
Should I harvest everything now ?
Harvest at least the one growing on the side of the box to avoid rottening ?
Harvest  the bigger one and wait for the others to get taller?

Thanks a lot !!

Those don't look very good, man.  :awedisgust:

Id say pick them as they probably won't do much more.

Dude, I think they are oxygen starved. It looks like that whole flush will be permanently stunted. I'd pick them immediately before they rot any more than they already have.

I don't have enough experience with such things to tell you whether the substrate has been damaged, but someone here that knows will chime in here, I'm sure.

Don't despair! It's all part of the learning curve... :sunny:

Sorry to hear that you bought such a shitty kit.  Harvest those poor little bastards and put them where they belong... in your tummy.

They have all aborted. Do some reading on proper fruiting chambers and DIY FTW
