Sprouts...

Hi Fellas!

I'm wondering if you might look at these grains and tell me if they are usable. I soaked them for 18 hours and then boiled them for 10 minutes, and then into the colander. As I was inspecting the grains, I noticed some very small sprouts appeared on the grains after the boil. Here's a photo. Do you think they are still usable?

Don't worry man, pretty much all my grains look like that. Its perfectly fine. In fact, I basically expect it. Many of those white things even pop out fully on me, and they don't end up leading to contams. :mushroom2:
