psychedelic insights * 1

had ths vision on a really hard lsd trip before.

as a whole we need to take our heads out of our asses. yes its great we have all these technological advances and people working in labs but to survive as humans we need to revert back to living from the earth. there has to be a balance. yes we need people in labs and on computers but we also need more people in the dirt.

fuck we are running this planet dry, yeah we are surviving and thriving but is our planet. next thing you know every one wants everything to be clean and sterile and there wont be any plants left on the planet to propogate to support us. we cant run on petroleum or electricity. we need plants and animals to survive. plants and animals live wildly, we should too.

we could run this world, as long as everyone pitches in every one is fed. those who don't pitch in starve and die. lets make the earth one big hue fucking farm. if we used all the space we have soley for farming we would have enough food to fill every stomach every day. we can live between the farm fields, and no one owns any property every one is free to roam any pat of the earth they so choose. its like ohh that's so and sos corn field.

nah it just needs to be a fucking corn field, and if it looks like it needs help people will just be like owoooahhh that corn field needs some help.everything harvested goes to the same "store" where everyone just takes what they need.

That's not a psychedelic insight; that's a personal opinion. I use psychedelics too. I think we need more technology and more innovations from labs, and less greedy corporations suppressing the innovations.

OP's findings are not what I found in taking hard trips on LSD.

OP sounds more like Led Zeppelin IV than a crazy psychedelic-fueled insight.

I've only tripped a handful of times, maybe 10 total, but all on very significant doses spread out over time. The greatest insight I've had so far that I can still clearly remember is discovering the value of human beings. Not only as individuals but as a whole. As the domineering force on this planet, if we were to begin acknowledging ideas like Self-Actualization and Humanism(Renaissance or otherwise) and all put our efforts towards a common goal like ending war, what have you... we could truly bring about a new golden age.

A re-occurring theme through all of my trips so far has been living to spread Love and Joy to other people, and that Heaven/Hell are not locations of eternal salvation/damnation but that they are simply states of mind within human beings.

I agree with OP. this world is bullshit.its always been bullshit it always has and always will there is nothing we can do about it. the problem with all the lab rats that create stuff is that it eventually gets sabotaged to harm rather than heal or be useful. People care about stupid intentions that cause laziness and fat cells.

The ones in control are not for your best interest. They care for themselves. They want to control your every thought and action. Keeping you a slave consumer

"This world is bullshit.its always been bullshit it always has and always will there is nothing we can do about it."

Dude, no. This is such a toxic mentality. Yes the world is bullshit but it will only be like that forever if you keep saying it will. Worldwide change starts with one person with one idea, and if you keep saying shit like this nothing will ever get done.

you need to look at it micro and full scale

on the micro scale people are generally fine, comfortable with all the nuainces of todays living, etc , etc.

on the full scale we are trashing the only thing that every one of us has as ours and completely fucking up life for everyone after us.

is the earth comforatable with how we live.

if we all lived in the way I say above the full scale of everything would be wayyy more comfortable. but human beings would maybe not so be. we would have to be consistently working all the time, which would probably keep us ALL in extremely good shape. the food we would be eating would be the best for us. the air we are breathing would be the best for us, etc, etc.

its the only model society I see.  we can keep all the science and technology, but we just need to change the way in which we live.

I see a world of extremely intelligent and tech savvy people living on farms providng food for all. if everyone did that everyone would be fed.

like honestly what do we need other than nutrition, h20 and oxygen. if we can create a world where all is available by then hands of our own for all we need nothing else at that point. people live and people die. more people right now need to die. if our population doubles, in any time or at any point in time if there is double the population there is right now on earth then there really will be zero resources and people will die more. medicine has fucked us.

people used to die all the time at all ages form anything really. that's what kept the fucking world in check. let the fucking people be sick and die. im sorry but id be in that scenario with yall as well so if I got an infection and died when I was 6 that's the way the world works, nature is indiferrent.

"Yes the world is bullshit but it will only be like that forever if you keep saying it will"

Ok ill say this world is great, there are no murderers, rapists, liars, greedy people, control freaks, monetary systems meant to keep you enslaved, hormones in food, gmos, Monsanto, Obama and the rest of the ladder, etc.

This world is so great! See..I keep saying it..

Still bullshit..

Ignorance is bliss.. If all it took were one person Jesus would come back.

Get your head out of your ass..

When you get cancer knowing they got the cure and don't care about you enough to give it out, remember me and remember this thread. Your grand parents probably died of cancer, and the resources are and were out there to keep em alive but nope.. they did their part paying their taxes, no more wasting resources on them.

Tell the jews that before hitler rose to power.. "Yes the world is bullshit but it will only be like that forever if you keep saying it will"

Fuck off...

Not sure why you're so bitter, but I suppose that is to be expected given your general outlook on life. You vastly misinterpreted the message I was trying to get across -- simply saying things or thinking things will change nothing. Only a fool would believe otherwise. The subtext of my post you seemed to miss is that ATTITUDE IS EVERYTHING. If you have an attitude of optimism or hope ("having your head in your ass" as you so eloquently put it) will inspire you to speak highly of others, see the beauty of life, and take action to preserve and protect these things. Your current attitude, something I like to call being a cynical asshole, will inspire nothing but harsh words and distressing thoughts. I hope you enjoy living your life like that, because no-one else does.

Don't be a nihilist, it will probably get you nowhere. This world is good/bad at the same time. The one can't exist without the other. Actually there is no good or evil, us humans just try to divide EVERYTHING in TWO categories. Good/evil Lame/Cool Exciting/Boring.. I think it has something to do with the duality of our brain I wonder what would happen if we had 4 brain hemispheres instead of 2. Maybe we would divide everything in 4, just a speculation.

Btw OP if this is what you feel like I highly advise you to check out Permaculture. It's seriously great and will probably be the next step in human evolution. Hell I'm betting half on it other half on computers

Mazlow's heirarchy is a thing, and with your society, there is really not much freedom to achieve one's desires.

--------------------
An old man and his grandson are sitting by the fire outside the tepee, wrapped in furs and gazing into the leaping flames. High on a snowy ridge, a wolf howls at the moon and another answers from far away. Soon after, the old man removes the pipe from his mouth.

‘Grandson,’ he says. ‘There are two wolves inside you. One is white and the other is black.’
‘What are they doing there, Grandfather?’ asks the wide-eyed boy.
‘They are fighting each other,’ says the old man.
The boy considers this, then asks, ‘Why are they white and black?’
‘The white one is your love, your peace and your truth. The black one is your fear, your anger and your lies.’

The fire crackles and sparks flare in the night. The wolf on the ridge howls again and the old man puffs contentedly on his pipe. Finally, the boy says, ‘Which one will win, Grandfather?’

‘Ah,’ says the old man, removing the pipe once more. ‘The one that wins is the one that you feed.’

One of my favorite bands "The Ocean" uses the line "How much control do we have over what we wish for" in 2 different songs back to back
