pasturizing temp

I was pasturizing poo and forgot about it for about 10 minutes tops and the thermometer said 180. Yikes I turned it down immediately. It would be a waste cause I spent hours breaking up these turds by hand to get a very fluffy consistency. It will make nice substrate if I can use it.
Somebody do this before? Can I still use the poo

Sounds sterilized to me. Maybe you can let it sit for a while to see if it contams.

EDIT: Whoops I meant sterilized!

Thanks but do you mean that it's most likely okay? That's kinda what I'm praying for. I COULD go ahead and toss it and do some more but it will take hours. I don't think 180 for about 10 minutes ruined it but then again. I can use that poo for some jars in the pressure cooker later --it will be hydrated and ready to mix with BRF and Verm.

It's allright. The temp should be between 170 and 190ish, if it gets over 200, you should redo it. You should be ok.
