Habitat: It grows in short grass and grassy-dirty areas like such as a lawn, which is where I got it.
Gills: They are gills that are attached and the same shade of brown as the cap and stem.
Stem: The stem is the same color as the cap and is hollow.
Cap: It is a smooth dark brown that gets slightly lighter in shade towards the rim. It is also wavy towards the edges.
Spore print color: I could not get a spore print color...
Bruising: I did not notice any though there still may be some that I didn't catch
Some photos:

I'm sorry, but these photos are straight, terrible. It might be a Galerina, but I can't say with certainty.

OP did you try to take a spore print? There's a chance it could be a white-spored mushroom in which case it would be very difficult to see on white paper.

Are you suggesting Laccaria, or what? That would make sense.

Maybe Lactarius? Idk. Looks like a Cortinarius to some degree too.

Given the photo, it could be any of these, I suppose.

Agreed. So, meeting adjourned until OP posts some clearer pics and maybe spore print?

Yes the photos are terrible and I apologize but I was pressed for time and that's all I could get.
