I am just curious if these caps tend to be sticky or not...thanks for the info. And no i am not going to eat unidentified mushrooms!

yes, when moist, the caps of Psilocybe cyanescens are viscid.
next time doa search.

yep a little sticky
if you handle them enough the edges of the caps should turn blue
