Does anybody here practices reiki ? And what are you experiences and results with it?
I have been doing it for a couples of weeks, only on myself so far, In a couple of days I can do it to others.
The results are there. I am less of an ass of what i used to be, I am not stressed anymore, trying to apply simple rules on my day life had made a major improve on me. And the most particular thing is that after each session in my vision appears dots of light everywhere, someone had tell me it is call prana, i am not sure about these, but this is not new to me (the light thingies), but they intensified after each session
The method used is the one by Dr. Makio Usui. And i am in the level that is called Shoden.

what does tripping have to do with retinas?
and actually, it's likely tripping harms your eyes as you see all kinds of shit that isn't there, and it makes your brain bleed, but that's not what this is about so lets not talk about it

I think that your brain has been bleeding too much. If you think that psychadelics producing hallucinations has anything to do with your eyes, especially causing harm to them or causing your bleed to bleed, maybe you should stay away from psychadelics.

Gee, I think i posted in the wrong forum, either this is the "clown" forum or the "since i dont know shit about it, I am gonna open my mouth and fart" forum.
Not attacking, but i was wondering if there is a reason of replying to a post when you have no idea of what are you saying and just reply for the fun, while there are people interested in the subject.

I know a guy who does reiki on my campus. I think he is a level 5 or something, he is a total nut-job. I see him walking in the forest mumbling to himself, he claims that the world needs more "spirituality", I think he needs to get a job and wake the fuck up.

Well, you didn't out right judge him, but saying something like "i think he needs to get a job and wake the fuck up" sort of implies that some juding has been done. Or at least some comparison to what is right, what is wrong, so forth.

A peaceful world does not appeal to me, a world where free-will is fully actualized appeals to me. if that means I have to pack a sword around and watch my back; SO BE IT. Happiness? just one extreme emotion, there is alot more to life than happiness. In my world, if I dont like you, like if you kidnap someones wife, Im gonna find you and cut your fucking limbs off.
It would be way better than the consumer/police state you describe.

So Reiki...
My mom practices it, she's had her level 2 for a couple months now and she wants me to get my first initiation but for some reason I don't feel like it's something I should do at this point in my life.
I'm thrilled for you that you've started doing it and that you're having some interesting experiences with it.
I've recieved it several times and have found that interesting as well.
My mom does a lot of distant reiki and finds she spontaneously visualizes the areas of the body that are taking it. She's often seen the face of master usui, and a lot of lights and whatnot. She saw white light emanating from her third eye once and was so excited about it that she kept telling me the same story over and over again:D
