After a long time deciding I finally began cultivation today. I just finished prepping all my stuff I made my substrate, pc'ed and innoculated my jars, and now they're tucked away. I'm gonna post pics of my setup and what have you. But for now YAY!!! I went with gt's. I had them before and I had a blast, the other few times I've tripped (and well lets just say they were less than pleasant), I had no idea what kind they were or how they were grown. Well I shall see what happens

Using to much innoculate lends itself to excessively moist jars. could be to much water in there, but who knows? not me.

I used 1/2 cup verm, 1/4 cup brf, & 1/4 cup water, in each jar, and I have 6 jars and used 20cc innoculate which is 3.33 cc per jar was that overkill? The jars have been kept between 80 & 85 degrees F. I'm wondering if its too wet, its been 5 days and I dont see shit, 1/2 the jars have tape over the holes (because i ran out of tape) the others are uncovered. Each jars lid has 4 holes. Is is fine and I'm just being impatient, or is it too wet and if so is there any proactive steps I can take to remedy the situation? if its too wet how will it affect the colonization of the jars?

Haha. Yeh that happened to me too a couple times. Do you have a storage room somewhere in your house? Like in your basement? I'd suggest sticking them down there in an old cardboard box filled with papers or sentimental shit. The humidity in most basements will help the process along too.

ok I was caught, and my shit was thown out, but it was recovered, and moved to a secret undisclosed location, kinda like cheney. So Im still waiting for shit to happen. Luckily all the stuff was still contained in one box which was still sealed. So hopefully in the next week i should see something.
