I personally don't care bout hijacking the thread, its all good. I heard that they are potent. And I believe the stones or was told the stones loose their potency when tjey dry. Best fresh from what I heard but that could be totally off,

I have no experience fruiting galindoi or any sclerotia strain yet (I have a huge rye bag 99% colonized almost ready to spawn to monotub any day now though!!) but apparently they really aren't that difficult at all to fruit. You just have to keep an eye on FAE and RH. All of my Galindoi jars started producing stones around the 1 month mark and within 2 weeks the jars were filled with many many pebble sized or larger stones. Galindoi is no doubt (atleast in my experience) the best for producing stones and isn't supposed to be a half bad fruiter at all. I copied a Stone/Fruit production rating chart from a fellow shroomery member a while back (I want to say it was StoneSun or Violet that posted it, can't remember for the life of me) and it goes like this:
P. galindoi/ATL#7 - stone production 7 - fruit production 8
P. mexicana/Jalisco - stone production 2 - fruit production 9
P. mexicana/A - stone production 10 - fruit production 1
P. tampanensis - stone production 5 - fruit production 9
As for the potency issue; they're approximately twice as strong as cubensis while fresh (30%~ fungal material compared to 10%~ in cubensis) and 2/3rds as potent dry

Update. Did 4 jars of galindoi which started colonizing in 3 days. 3 jars mexicana but nothing from them. Did it under less than ideal conditions, didn't even have a strainer cuz everything is packed up to move. Thanks everyone for the tips. Will update again in a month.

You can let them sit in the jars. Then you can pick some out after 3 months or so and put the grains back in the jars to get more. Probably better off doing that in a still air box, however.
After the next 3 or more months you can again pick out the sclerotia and then spawn to bulk if you'd like. You really have a lot of freedom when it comes to sclerotia.
