You need to be adding more casing, for one thing -- also fruit it earlier, but with that little amount of casing it's probably going to overlay, anyway. Those water droplets on the mycelium aren't good, but the majority of the mycelium should be UNDER the casing layer, anyway, otherwise it loses its whole purpose, and you'll get crappy flushes. You need to add at least 1/2" of casing -- with 1" of substrate do 3/4" - 1"

The other problem is that it's not cased evenly. The substrate layer should be flat -- you may have to crumble it a bit better. On the bottom picture, for example, you'll notice the substrate is a lot higher up (hence less casing) where those 3 fruits are on the side. You want to avoid that, otherwise you need to patch, or you'll get overlay (textbook case in the 2nd picture from the bottom, on the left.)

If the fruiting chamber is >95% rH, you shouldn't really need to mist that much, at all. You might want to try and grow it like a cake, otherwise, if you feel up to it you could scratch and recase (better,) but cut out all those yellow spots -- that's very unhealthy mycelium -- likely waterlogged.

You should also tape the sides to stop it from pinning on the sides..
