Update !
Here are the kanna babies. They are One month and 10 days old.

Sorry for the crappy quality. We can see that they are producing their second set of leaves ! The first leaves keep growing too ! I was a bit worried because I germinated them in a 100% mineral soil so some of them started to die for no reason and I have had to transplant them. I transplanted one with almost no roots and it still grows ! Amazing though seedlings !
And as a bonus, my seed grown 3-4 monthes old ipomoea purpurea blooming !

I love this purpurea with dark pink color and only tri lobbed leaves.
What is strange with that one is that it didnt produce any ramifications. All the nodes of the main vine are producing only one flower bud. I think ipomoea purpurea/violacea need a lot of rootspace and being rootbound with no natural light lessens their vigor and forces flowering. (In my experience.)

A while I havn't posted in this thread. Time to post some pictures of my garden !
This fat trich is growing so fast since I repotted it and put tons of organic ferts. Like never before.

A strange thing that germinated in a random pot. It growws fast and looks beautiful.

Pedro pup !

The Kanna seedlings. I don't really know why they grow like this. No stem at all and branching from every node. That's crazy.

Outdoors astrophytum seedlings. They are much more dark and compact than thos I have indoors. I think they prefer being outdoors !

Nice plants, A. The "strange thing" is probably Portulaca grandiflora, and by now you will be even more pleased because of the flowers. What are its companions? Are they seed grown Aloe variegata?

Yes, aloe variegata
These are "suckers" (don't know if it's the right word. It's a weird word nonetheless.) from a mother plant that died of rot. They are well rooted and growing. I hope they will survive the winter dormancy.

Everything is coming along very nicely. You keep your indoor grow area much cleaner than I manage to keep mine.

My MGs are getting huge and all the vines switched to flowering mode

I wonder how many thousand seeds I'm gonna get...
This is my little ipomoea batatas cutting
It has grown well since I rooted it and it's surprisingly in flowering mode ! I'd be happy to experiment sowing ipomoea batatas seeds as you cannot find them.

Ipomoea batatas is normally not good at flowering, especially when little like this. I think it might be because I took the cutting on a flowering mode vine and the new plant didn't switch to vegetative growth for some reason.
I will try to cross pollinate ipomoea batatas and ipomoea violacea. I'm not expecting much from this as I've never heard of hybrids like this but who knows ? I might get psychedelic potatoes

Ariocarpus trigonus graft with an offset.

My first seed grow willy. Growing slowly.
It will be hitting the one year mark in a few months.
Turbinicarpus pseudopectinatus pup porn. It pupped from every areole after I pruned it

Obregonia denegrii graft. Seedlings are soooo little compared to this graft.

Leuchtenbergia principis graft.

I need a thread to dump all my pics
The bud on the unknown turb is getting bigger.

Some ipomoea pubescens seedling that started its life in full sun. I hope it will flower this year. It takes like three months to get them to flower so I think it's gonna be OK.

Yeah it's an hybrid ariocarpus agavoides x retusus x kot. grafted on a peres stalk.

I have three other ariocarpi that are big enough to flower this fall I hope. (Don't know at which size/age they can flower. They are ~2,5cm diameter.)
These two are clones and are also hybrids of some sort.
This one is a trigonus rubriflorus

Plus an army of seedlings and newborns

Hybrids are not my thing, I admit. I would say the first one seems big enough to flower this coming autumn, but the others not so. I will gladly be wrong on this, though.

Graft : Loph pup on hylocereus pup. Before (3.5 months ago) :
 Now :

Some late MG sprout climbing on dead poppy stalks (Love the look it has )

Late portulaca sprout. They reseed each year but it's been two years that they sprout late and give a low amount of flowers...

And some roses.

Summer is the best season of the year after spring
