PF Jars, No Sterilization, and No Contams

Hey got a question for everyone.
I made some BRF jars three days ago, however I have not had the chance to sterilize them. They have been sitting out in the open for three days. There is no sign at all of contams in them. So do u guys think I can juts innoculate and see how it works out, or do contams take a number of days to show up. Its pretty warm inside my kitchen 85 during the day, 75 at night.

Has anyone ever not sterlized their jars?

you have pretty much a 100% chance of every single jar getting contaminated. You might want to smell them now and see if they are starting to smell funky. After this long, even with my little experience, I recommend you start over. Although...I really am not sure what will happen if you do a good sterilization now...maybe someone who is more experienced can answer this? But I can guarantee that with no sterilization you are fucked. It'll take 3-4 days for contams to show up but I guarantee by tomorrow or the next day it'll be overrun with something.

I either talk about my friends in the first or third person, but I never, ever talk about myself on this website. Except that last sentence.

Better make some new jars, they really wouldn't have much of a chance. You would be wasting your spores. Good luck, Peace.
