Identification Please? My cat ate 6 of these.

So I picked some mushrooms I found just for the hell of it. Was drying them out to display in a jar, and my fatass cat decided they were delicious. Will he be okay? He eats everything... :frown: Habitat: In grass by an Avocado tree and Hibiscus. Oahu, Hawai'i.

About 2 1/2 tall on average. Cap size is about a half inch.
Acute umbo, gills not attached, gills white when young and a grey/tan for older specimens.Rust brown spore print. No separable pellicle. Smell is mushroomy and almost latex like at the same time.

They look like conocybes, your cat will probably throw them up.

Awesome! Thanks for the relief. He is just crashed out now. BTW I actually do mean my cat in the literal sense lol. He's a little asshole, but I don't want him to die.

Oh shit, you're from O'ahu. My bad.

There might be some Pan cyans on O'ahu. Not sure. Look for some cow fields in rainy areas in O'ahu.

I used to live on the Big Island and they grew near Waimea. Its "winter" in da islandz, time for hunting!
