cold shock isn't necessary with any cubensis strain so i suspect there were other factors involved that led someone to believe they didn't need to do so.

i haven't coldshocked since i started casing,i have no problems with pinsets.

There is realy no benefit from cold shocking EQ's, they are from tropical climates. Wait and be patient.
