Removing bulk jars from pc before cooled.

Can this be done? If so how do you ensure sterility? Can you wipe out a tupperware container with alcohol or h2o2 and then after the cooker has cooled a bit (30 mins) toss them into the tupperware and let them cool to free up your pressure cooker for another batch of jars?

Someone else here can answer your question a little better than I, but I wanted to warn you about opening your PC too quickly.
During my last failed grow, I had two sets of jars to do. I cooked the first set of jars, and was in a hurry to get started on the next set. So I fiddled with the tumbler to release the pressure, and open the PC as soon as I thought it was safe. The results of depressurizing the PC too quickly caused the jars to boil over, leaving the substrait dehydrated.
I think the best advice you'll get is let the jars cool in thier own time.

I am assuming that it is ok to keep a fan on the cooker...

Just let them cool off without doing anything to speed along the process. Forcing the pressure cooker to cool down using water is actually a fairly dangerous practice. It could result in all the jars breaking. Just plan ahead and do them at night so when you wake up you can get another set in the cooker.
Peace.

Here's how I do it:
As soon as they are done cooking I depresurize the pc. Then as soon as the pc is done depresurizing I take the jars out, shake them individually holding them between pot holers, and then I leave them on the kitchen counter to cool. I only have polyfill and a double layer of coffee filters to protect agains contams. I've done 50+ jars this way and never had any contams.
I've heard people worry about contams getting sucked into the jars as the pressure regulates during cooling, but I've never had a probelm, and IMOA the jars are still way to hot during most of this time for a few microbes that work their way in to survive.
