In bed at the house I grew up in. My phone has a weird symbol on it, that I know is associated with an evil presence.

The unseen, evil presence enters my room. It doesn't let me sleep. It either rapes me, or possesses me, I can't remember. It does this every night I try to sleep.

Later, I see a friend I knew as a child. I look at his phone, and it has the same symbol on it. I realize that this demon has been infecting others, maybe everyone in the neighborhood.

I always have dreams about zombies, they are a reoccurring theme in my dreams.

I'll give an example.
The vibe of the dream itself was weird at first, a deep existential feeling, empty feeling, scary empty vibe. It took place in a hotel and I was in 10th floor of what I presumed a 20 story building. There was an eerily empty courtyard that you could see from the windows. Then out of nowhere, the feeling became really dark and heavy. Zombies were pouring out of windows, doors, they were everywhere. Fast ones. Very fast.
I hid in a toilet but there was one there as well. I don't remember anything apart from that.
All my dreams are usually full of some of the most bizarre story lines.

I've also experienced a dream where I walked into my biology classroom in broad daylight to find out that the class was pitch black. Everyone that went to that school was sitting in compact rows of chairs in the room. I couldn't see them but they were there. Then I had this strange feeling of 'something else', where the dream morphed in and out of reality. I 'woke' up in sleep paralysis as the whole world around me was shaking with a loud growling noise behind me (my face was towards the wall), which then I broke out of to wakefulness.
I'm quite skeptical myself not saying it was supernatural but man it scared the shit out of me.

Last night I had a dream I was in some base or underground facility.

There was a lot of other people living in this city/place but it seemed like we had a dome or something covering the place.

The building I was in was small and cozy.

Filled with things people would have in any ol apartment.

But we were building things.

Building electronics.

I noticed an old art teacher of mine was one of the project managers.

He helped me with a box I was on, and I said thanks.

I remember finding my way through a passage.

A passage to the aircraft hanger.

I opened the door and saw airplanes and people talking to the people about to fly those airplanes.

There was a ladder on the outside and I proceeded to start climbing down.

I don't remember if I made it that far.

Last night I had a dream I was on a plane.

At first I was with my sister in this room with a ton of different colored berries.

They all looked like raspberries, but they were different shades of reds, blues, and purples.

We were watching T.V. of these Asian people who were falling off cliffs or giant hills.

What was weird was when they hit the surface they would like bounce back from it, get up, and strike a pose.

It was interesting watch.

There was one moment when a dude was attached to a woman and they were both falling.

They women hit the floor and was obviously shook up about it, but the dude bent down and encouraged her.

So she got up, put both here arms up real quick, and then immediately went back down into a fetal position.

It was hard to watch after this point, because after that the same girl fell off another ledge, and the camera seemed to follower her down.

This time it looked like she was falling off a mountain, as I could see the distant planes below.

After that I went into the regular area of the plane and saw my Mom aunt and uncle.

Then I remember being at a Little Caesars pizza getting pizza for my younger cousin.

I asked how we were on the plane anymore.

My sister said: "Teleporter.":tongue2:

Last night I had a couple interesting dreams.

One of which was pretty disturbing.

So the first one started off with me looking at things online.

There was this seemingly normal dude in a room standing over something.

It wasn't until I took a closer look that I noticed that it was a baby wearing a gas mask?!?

The baby wasn't moving and I wasn't sure why I was viewing this.

After that I noticed a semi clear case sitting beside me, so I decided to open it up.

It was a bunch of small babies wearing gas masks.

There were different races of babies, with a variety of different skin colors.

This dream was pretty disturbing to say the least, but that's all that I remember of it.

--------------------

The next dream took place a factory, just like my work.

This place was some what similar to my work, but with conveyors and stations all mixed up.

I remember it was time to go so I was in my car about to drive off.

I might have hit another car but wasn't sure.

The dream transitioned to me riding a skateboard that had speakers on it.

You could plug in your phone and play some music while you rode.

I remember passing some younger kids with a fresh pack of blunts.

I saw one of my old elementary school friends go up to them and ask if he could fill one of the blunts.

So I asked him if I could meet up with them and partake.

He said he'd get me in on the next one, I agreed and started to make way.

That's when the kids came up to me and commented on the skateboard.

I remember fuddling around with my phone, trying to find a song with some bass.

But that's about it.

Melatonin does amazing things to my dreams, I'm gonna try to write some of the more memorable ones I had this past week down later.

I used to use melatonin, as well as l-theanine. Both would increase dream lucidity, and together was almost real life. After a while I gained a tolerance to the l-theanine so I stopped. After stopping I kept doing my rituals to try and induce memorable dreams and found nothing changed. I do two things. First I lay on my back and let my body fall asleep while I keep my mind awake, focusing on object and shapes, all the while telling myself, "I'm going to dream." Eventually I conjure strobing colours, then geometric shapes. Then soon I can gather things like stars and blue skies with clouds, at which point I feel my consciousness disconnect from my body as I drift in to the dreams that fill the void inside my mind.

I told a friend about this once, using an example of seeing a barking dog, and silent clips of Family Guy. He looked at me like I was retarded.

I know I knowww, they''re all actually from days ago already and I'm kind of trying to recall them to the fullest extent I can already.

Also laziness.

Wow, that sounds amazing.

I've been slow to try nootropics, only because I keep forgetting to order them. Did you see any other benefits from the l-theanine in other facets of your life other than dreams, out of curiousity??

It's like meditating yourself to sleep. Another thing you can do is think about your third eye. Close your eyes and consider how your eyes become one in darkness. If you focus your 'attention', not your actual eyes, to your pineal gland, your actual third eye in the middle of your forehead, you will realize you've created a triangle. I don't know if it's just distracting or what, sending me in to a more meditative state, but the triangle becomes a window in my mind.  If I do that along with the other two methods I can be dreaming in no time. I just don't do it all that often because as much as I believe it helps it makes me feel like some over spiritual shaman wacko.

L-theanine can be nice in the middle of the day. It's relaxing and mildly stimulating at lower doses. At higher ones it gets relaxing to the point if feeling really tired and lethargic. Even the next day after dosing before bed, at times it can make the whole next day feel like an exercise in exhaustion. It is much better to take it in the tea it comes naturally. I think something about the liquid absorption and the high amount of antioxidants in matcha that make it work differently. Definitely more stimulating and 'open.' More nootropic feeling.

Last night I had a dream I was with my Dad, brother, and little sister.

We were driving around, and my Dad asked us if we wanted some ice cream.

We said yea, and proceeded to pull into a zesto's.

It was a place I've never seen before, and when we arrived, there were already a couple people eating there.

I saw a friend of my from middle-school who was apparently working there.

What was off is that he served us chips and salsa at a supposed ice cream shop.

We ate, and then proceeded to leave.

I asked my old friend if he was attending college.

--------------------

I had another dream that I was with my Mom in a building of sorts.

All I can say is that the building reminded me of the botanical gardens for some reason.

Anyways my friends were there also, and they were hitting this giant bong named ignorance that I threw down on with my friend about a year ago.

So they were hitting it upstairs in a seemingly populated area.

I think my Mom even hit it really quick.

But anyways it got me thinking.

Soon after that people showed up and asked where the pot smokers were or something.

My friends looked distressed and were about to give them selves up when I stepped in.

I stepped in and gave a long speech on why what they were doing isn't bad and why the people coming to get us in trouble should mind their own.

It wasn't soon after, that everyone decided to run out.

Or maybe it was just me?

Anyways I hopped a couple fences and took a few alleys, and eventually lost them.

I ended up in a car/van with a friend or two and we drove past where I was just hiding.
