do lophophora williamsii seeds become less viable over time?  i hope im not repeating anything, i dont think so cuz i tried searching for 'lophophora seeds' and came up with only one result.  thanks for any help. 


edit: found the answer to teh other question i had posted :grin:

taht depends on storage conditions. they could be viable for anywhere from a few months to many decades. they should be stored in a cool, dry, dark place, as moisture, solar radiation [including radiant heat and many artificial light sources] and prolonged exposure to hight temparatures [convectional heat] are all factors contruibuting to the degredation of seeds.

Well, since they do live in the desert, I would think the seeds have a pretty good long-term storage life. I would store them for an exceptionally long time (5+ years), but they do store well.

Nope: They should be stored for about a year for best viability and germination rate.
Store them dark and dry..
