If I remember right I think its just THC and Amphetamines that they can test for. I'm not sure anymore.

Standard drug tests generally test for 5 specific categories of drugs.
Cannabinoids (Marijuana/Hash),
Cocaine (Cocaine/Crack/Benzoylecognine),
Amphetamines (Amphetamines/Methamphetamines/Speed),
Opiates (Heroin/Opium/Codeine/Morphine),
and Phencyclidine (PCP).

There are different ones,but I think the more expensive ones test for the "NIDA 7" (the standard corporate drug test).
opiates
amphetamines
coke
cannabinoids
PCP
benzodiazepines
barbiturates

The only store ones I've seen are the little slide panel ones...Only tests for one substance, you can choose Cocaine or THC.
However, there are the more expensive 5-panel ones out, like is listed above...

I would never ever test my (imaginary)children for drugs. What a shitty relation with your child if you have to test him for drugs. The only thing that works is to trust your child and talk about it. Forbidding drugs has the opposite effect....

Psychedelics such as LSD and Shrooms are not tested. However, consumption of certain spices prior to drug testing can cause a postive to occur.
spices such as nutmeg and mace, vanilla, apiole and dill-apiol, fennel seed area mong a few. They are all phenylethylamines related to mescaline and amphetamine and will show o up on drug tests as an amphetamine.
They also check for opiates (which includes many downers), amphetamines (includes uppers and mescaline since that is an phenylethylamine) alcohol and thc.

They contain fennel oil which can be used to make X and other amphetamine drugs.
Many essentiial oils of spices are chemically phenyethylamines.

For instance here is a good one.
MDA is 3,4,methylinedioxyamphetamine
Piperonal is 3, 4, methylinedioxybenzalhdahyde, 3 steps known as the Claissen rearrangement can convert the benzalhdahyde into amphetamine making it into MDA.. Piperonal is used as a heliotropen for perfumes.
