I'm scared of overwatering the cakes, or is there not such a thing? Its okay if they're pretty well soaked when I'm done? Everybody makes it seem like they're so fragile and to just gently "spray them so they glisten". How many sprays you think is sufficient?

Yes I said half drink apparently but I'm not as think as you drunk I am. If you're out of town and don't have someone trusted to take care of them them consider a cool mist in the room and some indirect automated fanning.

how many centiliters is your average spray from your spray bottle.
considering we dunk them for 12-24 hours before fruiting them I think they'll be fine. the extra moisture is going to drip off the side of the cake. it will only soak up so much, you can waterlog a cake if you dunk it too long

this is the mister i use, it's like 10 bucks in the walmart garden section and it adjusts to spray a fine fine mist, i use it for cloning plants too. can't beat it, it's got a pump handle, just give it a few pumps and the internal pressure causes the spray just pull the trigger, even sprays upside down.

whats the easiest way to rehydrate perlite? do I take the cakes out of the chamber for a bit, and just dump water into the existing sgfc and let it run out? or do I have to use new perlite, strain with a colander, and add to the sgfc?
thanks!!

I would always just put the whole thing in the shower and let it get rained on for a few minutes then it would strain itself out. I put my sgfc on milk crates i would set up more milk crates in the shower so it had room to drip out the bottom in the shower as well.

ok, so question. I definitely gave my chamber a healthy thunderstorm today. however, I misted this morning around 830, n its now 1245 and the walls of my chamber are still wet. some dude I talked to last week said the walls of the chamber shouldn't be wet cause theres enough FAE in there that the walls shouldn't be wet? care to elaborate on this???

Yeah, those were my early pics. I got em up on tall glasses now, trimmed the foil and moved my cakes closer together.
