still stalled growth in mycobags

My bags were innoc'd about a month ago and were doing very well. the whole outside was colonized, i rearrranged it all to get the middle going and now a week later nothing has grown. the bags appear to still be moist inside. i have to drie the outsides of the bags every few days being that they're in an incubator (cooler w/ fishtank heater). temp ranges are from 73 to 86. what can i do? 3 bags are looking pathetic, while one has lightly covered chunks of myc.

Did you inject sterile water into any of them?

Try injecting water into one bag (the worst one first... if you lose it... it isn't as important.), enough to get the verm sticking to the sides again, or if there 10-20cc should be fine for a test bag. See what happens.

Stalling happens often with mycobags. How long have they been stalling? I forget.

Patience is the key to mycology.

Do the bags have access to fresh air yet? A stalled bag is often choking. I know you had the filter patches at one point during incubation. Are they inflating yet?

Good luck.

My friend had a similar problem with his first grow with mycobags.

He initiated pinning by taking them out of the incubator and putting them in a cooler area that got some light for a few hours every day. About 4 days layer he had pins and less than a week after that a huge flush.

Good luck!

By "I", I of course mean a good friend of mine who happens to live in the fine city of Amsterdam. "I" is just so less awkward.
