    #20669442 - 10/07/14 12:14 AM (9 years, 4 months ago)

So a friend of my friend said he was walking around somewhere we the 4 would take one in nyc.it was on a sunny day after a day of rain. he said he found some active ones. At first they were quite light/light brown on top They bruised quite fast and dark, (almost black with some hues of purple).

Gills:
The gills were brownish before (after putting in a plastic bag) they turned darke brown, and then blackish.

Stem:
the stem was light-whitish at first, but after being cut and put in a plastic bag became brownish.

Cap:
they caps were smooth, 0.25" to 2".

Spore print color:
Black

Bruising:
dark bruising, almost black

I am not sure what they are, but I do know that they are not from the genus Psilocybe.
