I searched for a way to get mycellium from a mushroom to agar, but couldn't find anything. Can someone please link me to some information.

You mean mushroom tissue?
If so, the best way is to cut the mushroom lengthwise, and cut out the inside mushroom tissue near the cap side of the stem.
You'll need to use peroxidized agar as well, as there is a higher risk of contamination.

In a sterile hood or glovebox:
Rub the outside of a fruitbody with rubbibg alcohol, put it on a sterile petrie dish and let the alcohol evaporate (in the sterile flowhood or glovebox.) Cut the fruitbody longitudinally using two sterile scalples (or blades, like a sterilized exacto-knife or something) and then using the sterile scalples, cut out a clean section from the inside of the fruitbody. Place this tissue on a sterile agar plate.

Why not just print the said shroom, and inject a few drops of spore water on agar? That's the way I always did it, it only takes a drop of spore water in 4 oppsite ends of the agar and it will mate in a few days. I think risk of contams would be alot less that way.

Because when you clone, you preserve the characteristics of the mushroom. So if you have a really quick grower, or you like the shape of a certain shroom, clone that baby! Then when you grow it out, all the resulting mushrooms will be clones:) Now, too many generations of clones can cause degredation of the sub-strain that you isolated?
