Well Bush's 15 billion to africa was BULLSHIT !!!!!!

just like his money for schools, I saw a great program with an author that wrote the book...."bushwhacked" and she talks about how among other things......BUSH's 15 BILLIION to africa wasnet new money

although in the speech it seemed that way, it was old money and the bush "camp" was going to "try and get some more on the table" , and supirse
suprise they havent

here is my point!!!
The worlds unluckiest people, dont forget a BUNK offer , they wont!
they cant, they dont have a luxery to

So, at this time in history the western world is already going to be looked down on for our wasting of the worlds resources and TURNING OUR BACKS , while a whole nation DIES

now hisory also has another figure for this time in history
BUSH, the AIDS "talker"

WELL

come on praise his greatness and tell me how I am lying and he will give the money and not be looked at as historys cruelest man(well one of them anyway!)

aside from all he has done..in his WHOLE life......telling a bunch of needy africans they are getting new help thats not coming is the sickest thing he could do

How dare us not give the money of hard working americans, not only to blacks that can't succedd ove here, but blacks in their own country that can't suceeed! I say we have a new welfare program Whites do all the work, and the paychecks go directly to non-whites!

Maybe AIDS is Natures Way of thinning out the herd...

Maybe his speech was just a friendly reminder of the help they had already received. I know if I was African and I heard that Bush was coming to talk about money we got from them I'd be there in a second, as a way to remember the help we had already recieved.

thats sick, wether you think they deserve the help or not, to say you will give to the worlds most desperate

and I heard it on a show called "hot type" on cbc newsworld, from an author that wrote a book called "bushwaked: the history of GW's america"

I thought it was 12 billion, and I thought he gave it to pharmaceutical companies, not directly to Africa.
